very nervous please help

I was reading all these posts lately about people being arrested for weed.
Just yesterday i got arrested for having 1 gram on me and now i have to go to court.
I know a few ppl that didnt go to court but just payed a fine. The thing thats making me nervous is the possibility of going on probation for less then a gram. Do u guys think i will go on probation for having less then a gram? Im nervouse cause i relly want to keep smoking and probation drug tests will prevent me from doing so.
By the way, im 16 and this is my first time getting arested. Any reply would really help

Where do you live

I think it depends on where you live. My brother got arrested and he tried to fight the charge and they gave him a bigger fine plus community service which sucked, he hardly had anything on him either. My advice would be to pay the fine if it means theres no way of them puttin you on probation.

You could get pulled over with a blunt in your mouth in Ohio and it's a ticket. Even a bowl.

i live in illinois, i looked at norml and it seems to be not that accurate cause my friend got a 75$ fine and no court(hes 16 also). im still worried about probation tho :(

NORML just gives the highest posible fine and charge

like i said you should consult a shark or i mean an attorney familur with local drug laws i know it sucks having to talk to such evil people but they are the ones with the knowledge ???? you know the diff betwwen a dead dog and a dead lawyer in the road?? A; there will be skid marks in front of the dog

Yeah I got a million of those, what do you call a thousand lawyers at the bottom of the ocean? A good start.
