Which would be easier, least expensive, and most likely successful for a first time indoor grower in a 2'x6' room? Using hydroponics or using some sort of dirt, or some other substance?

Thanks for the input. How many plants do you think could be grown in a room 2'x6'? Would a 400W be the right size lightage? I saw one of those misters today in a store. It had some sort of lava rock looking stones in it, and a circular rod above the grow medium to mist the plant. Are those worth the dough?

as for your space issues ..i have an open basement an closet grow setup
your kind of spacing for plants can be harsh :mad: 1-2 plants at the most :p
as for the mister thing thats totally up to you ..and if you have the money for it
