Are nuts useing ok?

Hey! I am useing floragrow 1 tsp per gallon, floramicro and diamond nectar all as per weekly charts from manufact.also, this stuff that local hydro store gave me called cornucopia plus... Dr Thomas' Necassary plant energy,,Premium Tricarboxylic acids Auxillary supplement..He said this along with diamond nectar will bring me down to correct ph...My water is pretty clean city water with a Ph of 7.0 that is filtered in house. I have let it stand in reserv for 24 hrs is that long enough all 10 gallons? After adding all nutes its is 5.5 is this going to be ok? also will my plants survive the dramatic switch from soil to hydro?..lol and the light increase...oh by the way i lowerd plants to around 4 ft instead of 3 from 1000 watthps. I changed solution last night because it smelled like the cement i used to put together my homade 11 plant site hydro setup i found on this website..http://www.hydroponicsonline.com/Store/11plant.htm Thank you for all your input...God I want to be sucessfull at this..Some of the pics are amazing.....One more thing Is highgradeseeds a reliable source for quality seeds in case no females?
