Test in 24 hours

i'm new here. just had a few questions. i have to take a drug screen, not test, tomorrow @ 2. i'm 5'3, 206 lbs, which is mostly muscle, but still. my metabolism is average and i have an athletic build(i can lose like 30 lbs in 1 1/2 months with minimal effort; am bigger thanks to mickey d's and the boob tube) . i've been sober (i only smoke pot) for five days now. :( for the past four months, though, i've been taking an herbal cleanse in pill form to help with an unrelated skin condition. i've been drinking mostly water and cranberry juice, and eating very light for the past three days (mostly salad and lean meat, no dairy). other than the herbal cleanse, i take about a million other herbal supplements [i hate doctors, they suck dick. they're all in the pharmacuetical companies pocket. and they're the reason herb is illegal. bastards. sorry]

here are my questions:
1. what's the difference between a drug screen and drug test?
2. is there anything else i can do to pass other than what i'm doing? i don't feel comfortable substituting my urine.

my boyfriend asked his friend who was on probation about it. he said the cleansing pills should help, along with what i'm doing. he recommended a detox drink that worked for him and his girl. i bought a drug test from the local head shop to test myself, but haven't done that yet.

this is going on forever. sorry about that. i just wanted to get all the info out ASAP, cause the test is tomorrow. any advice is greatly appreciated. i have to pass this test. i've got a job waiting in the wings that will pay @ $7000 more than i make now.

DILUTION: aka WATER LOADING
FOR BEST RESULTS ABSTAIN FOR A BARE MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST AND THE LONGER, OF COURSE, THE BETTER YOUR CHANCES.

Time permitting, 2-3 days before the test you will want to begin raising you Creatinine levels. Creatine, which metabolizes into Creatinine in 24-48 hours, can be raised with red meat and/or Creatine supplement, available on line or at nutritional food stores. The amounts of Creatinine metabolites are measured as part of the urine integrity check (the check to see if the sample is urine and if it is diluted). Step 1. 4-12 hours before the test take 4 aspirin (not Tylenol or Advil). This step may be repeated every 4-6 hours up until 4 hours before the test.
Step 2. 3-4 hours before your test, start by drinking 2, 8oz. glasses of water. Water can be substituted for with Cranberry or fruit juice, teas or even soft drinks. Then drink another 8oz. every 15 minutes for the next hour for a total of 6 glasses of water (48oz).
Step 3. In about 1 - 2 hours (depending on your system) you should be voiding â??clearâ?? urine about every 15 - 20 minutes. Continue to drink 3-4 oz. more water to replace what you've voided every 20-30 minutes.
Step 4. 1-2 hours before the test, take vitamin B2 or B complex (about 10 times the daily recommended dosage). If the vitamins are time release, crush them before taking. You may also take vitamin B with each glass of water, 2 times the daily dosage, if you find it easier.

That's it. Within 30 - 45 minutes of taking your vitamins, if you took your vitamin B in 1 dose, your pee should turn from clear to "vitamin" yellow and remain so for the next 2-4 voids. Be sure you have voided diluted urine at least 3-4 times before you test. It is always best to do a practice run as everyone is different and times may vary. Good luck, remember to post your results, and donâ??t forget that a diluted results, while not the results wanted, IS NOT a failed results but may require a re-test. PS There is no absolutely 100% effective dilution method. That includes â??detoxâ??, â??xxx carboâ?? or â??super flushâ?? magic potions. But these guidelines will, IMHO, work as well as ANY magic potion, better than many magic potions and you got it here for FREE$$$$$$$

A drug screen refers to an initial assay type test. The EMIT is a drug screen. It 'screens' out all 31 cannibiloid metabolites and anything that closly resembles a THC metabolite. If it screens out a mass of more that 50ng/ml, the test is possitive for pot. All home test are assay screens. A GC/MS 'test' is generally used to confirm an initial possitive on the 'screen'. For pot, the GC/MS only detects 1 singular metabolte, THCA/THC-COOH. If it detects a mass of more the 15ng/ml of THCA, it is a confirmed possitive and will stand up in court. Hope that helps. N2
PS because of your size, I strongly recomend you reconcider substituting a clean sample. While we all have differing metabolism speeds, I know from personal expermentation the I take 6-8 days to drop to a level that can be diluted to a passing level. IN GENERAL, the heavier you are, the longer that time frame is. I am 47, 5'6", 158lbs and a couch potato.

thanks a bunch N2. i have one more question. when you say take aspirin, what kind? does that matter? can they be coated or should they be uncoated? take four aspirin...how many mgs should they be? again, thanks for the info. it is greatly appreciated.

4 325mg aspirin. Brand is irrelivant, Bayer, generic, etc.
