First time, need advice, aug 21 deadline
Although i have tried once or twice and have very unsuccessful results, i consider this my first real attempt at growing. I planted may 27 and have to have the plants done by around August 21. The following are my plants conditions. If more info is need, let me know.
Lighting: 4 2' floros @ 75 watts output each
Soil: Miracle grow potting soil
Strain: Unknown but appears to be indica
Reflection: Tin foil (dull side) for lack of better materials
Veg. time: aprx. 27 days
Flowering date: planning for July 3
Fert: none as of now. The soil supposedly feeds the plants for 3 months. is a fertilizer still needed?
I have read tons on the subject of growing but still am not sure about a couple of things. First off, 2 of the 4 plants may not make it to even 12" inches by the date i plan to flower on. Will this be ok? The floros seem to be doing a fine job for vegging but will they work decently for flowering as well?
Also, on one of the plants i am starting to notice yellow coloration taking over some of the bottom, older leaves on one plant. I think this is the lack of a certain nutrient but could be wrong.
One plant has been topped for experimental purposes. It is just now starting to form its 2 new branches.
I would appreciate any advice that can be given. The picture dates are as follows:
pic 1: 8 days after planting
pic 2,3: 13 days after
pic 4,5: 24 days after (i began noticing a little slowing of growth)

When you turn the lights too 12/12 they will stretch alot and the leaves will continue to get bigger. I would switch the lights now but they may take longer than 10 days to reveal sex and grow buds. If you want to use those setups you need two more setups, possibly more. With those types of lights they might be too big to have a good harvest already. If you could get about 20 of those you could probably do really good.

1. I wouldnt worry about lower leaves yellowing. All die some day.
2. Do you have a fan on them? Couldnt see but the stems look nice n thick.
3. Look healthy enuff, so young I woulnd't fert yet.
4. Plant height doesn't mean a lot for flowering. Look for alternating stem growth.
5. Yep you might want more light for flowering.
If you plan on harvesting Aug 21, better start the 12/12 right now.
That will give you exactly 8 weeks.
Better to have a low yeild quality bud than bigger immature bud that was picked way too early.
Good look.

First off, i have a fan at the opening of the door to mine room to pull air from the rest of the house in there due to the fact that i have no air conditioning only in that room. I let the ceiling fan blow the air onto the plants.
Also i'm calling an electrical company today about an hps 150 w light. I would then mount the floros vertically around the plants still but ive seen decent results from flowering with floros.
