caught by cops

hey i got caught like an hour ago and i had like a little over a gram. Now i have to go to court and do u guys know the usual penalty for his?

they will make u go to court make you pay some fine for the drugs and youll be given probation

Depends on where you are. Oregon... My friend got a 500 dollar fine for having 1/4. Misdemenor Posession. California, I got busted with a joint. They gave me diversion for 150 bucks (first offender) which consisted of a propoganda video tape and booklet that I had to fill out and return. The last question in the booklet was "Do you plan on using marijuana again?" HAHAH The whole thing was a joke.

In my area of California the cop came to talk to my civics class and he admitted that they won't do anything except tell you to put it away, and if you only grow one plant or so for personal use they won't cut it down. Waste of time he says, I guess we don't have enough cops.

Tell me, when I got busted for NOTHING, they called my parents, lol, and they still haven't trusted me since. :(

we got caught smoking a joint by my friends cop next door neighbor. he told us that he was gonna call the truck down to take us all into the station. i don't even think any of us had any bud on us, we had smoked the last of it. but he ended up calling my friends mom and he got grounded for a week. we didn't smoke over there for like 3 months after that :D

i wish we had cops like that up here are cops are dick heads

i got arrested for the same shit u did...it sucked man, but i got the charges dropped...illegal search. DId they search you illegally?
