gender of the seeds?

a few days ago i attempted to grow for my second time and i started by putting the seeds in a wet paper towel and 4 days later half of them sprouted and i was like a fuckin sweet an i was abbout to plop them in some soil then my friend said that u cant plant those. i was like "why the fuck not?" he like cuz there male seeds and u need female seeds.
just wondering how u can tell the seeds apart.

You can't at that stage, tell your friend he's an ass. You won't be able to tell the sex of the plant untill well after it starts growing, when the preflowers start to grow, thats when you can tell the sex of the plant.
