ok if a green light placed in the growroom doesnt affect flowering then what about using the opposite color for regular growth? purple is the opposite of green. maybe the most light can get in for photosynthesis that way

note that he is just using color gels with flourescents but a light that gives off color such as a longwave or shortwave uv light could give dramatically better results. anyone know if they sell 2 or 4 foot tubes anywhere?
UV...you mean black lights? They are no good for growing.
