hello fellow cannibus lovers......im growing swazi in a cornfield near my house and i was wondering if the heat(95 degrees) will harm my babies......one plant i tried to grow died and i think it was the heat because it turned brown...........another thing i am consurned about is i didnt germ thim inside first(my mistake) and since its so hot im not sure they will stay moist enought to germinate......please help me out.......thank you :D

I would suggest starting your plants inside, long enough to allow for two full weeks above ground growth. I would then start to aclimize your plants by starting with four hours of direct sunlight a day. Increasing by 1-2 hours every day afterward, until they are able to be outside all day with out being over stressed. Probably one week total.
I would then transplant the plant into its final spot. You will have to keep a close eye on the moisture levels. At 95* in the direct sun, you will probably be watering that plant close to every day for a while.

If you are feeling a little dangerous, you can dig up a few of them, maybe half, and put them into a glass of water.
Let them soak until they sink, could be over 24 hours, then pull them out put them in between a paper towel and germ them out.
With the others I would just keep them in the ground and make sure the soil is always moist. They should eventually germ.
How deep are they planted? You only want to have them a little deeper than a quarter inch. Anything deeper and you begin to comprimise the plants ability to push above ground.
Keep us all updated, there is still plenty of hope, especially if they have only been in the ground for two days.
Most seeds take longer than two days to push above ground, I do not think that there is any real need for concern until about the two week mark.
I had a friend who planted some seeds in a flower bed he had, they did not germ the whole summer. They went the entire winter (snow, below freezing temps), and then come spring time here come all these little plants popping up in the flower bed.

i was wondering if the seed stays in the ground at 90 degree weather for 2 weeks and we get rain and nice weathur......wood they germ?
