try this:
1cup heavy cream-must be heavy for the fat content
vanilla extract 1tsp\
1-2 grams of bud
brake up the bud, put it in the heavy cream, simmer on low for 10-15.or it turns that nice green color. add the vanilla and set the mixture aside.
now take two zip lock bags, one big and one small.
in the big one put ice and some salt like2-3tsp
in the smaller one put the mixture
put the smaller one in the bigger one. make sure there both sealed. and shake them up for like 20 min or untill the middle bag has melted soft serve.
you can eat it now, or you can freez it futher to harden it more.
