Mission Accomplished !!! Everything came together as you guys described. Popped the hood, licked bottom to top. I knew that I was on the right track when I got some immediate feedback.

I stopped for a second a few times to catch a glimpse of the "baby carrot" but I wasn't able to get measurements, I didn't want to screw anything up.

I really do want to thank you guys, while we had a few chuckles, sexual techniques is serious business. In retrospect, in the past, I was all over the place, which easily explains the inconsistent results.
