I have the same problem. I wake up at like 2 though. If you would go to bed after smoking then that's why. Try sleeping in a comfortable place. Not the couch. SLEEP IN A BED. Keep it quite. No music or loud noises. And It may take up to a month for your sleep cycle to get back to normal.

I would suggest have a smoke you will feel alot better and be able to get some sleep. And if your worried about your court just make sure you don't have a smoke the night before your court appearance. :)

That same shit is happening to me right now, the weed helps a lot though. But then again, its probably because of the weed.

Never stop smoking. You'll be in dreamland for the rest of your life.

well i do have insomnia, and a severe case of it at that. insomnia is not just having trouble going to sleep early...it's having trouble sleeping all together. often i stay up for two or three days just because i cannot fall asleep. i can be dead to the world tired and sit and stare at a wall for hours, or lay in bed not moving trying my best not to let my thoughts run wtih my eyes closed for hours and still not fall asleep. insomnia reallllllly sux ass....

Damn psycho that sucks horrible. I had a bad trip once where I was alone in my home with nothing to do but try and sleep, and of course I couldn't, it felt exactly like you describe, except I only had to deal with it for one day.
@ stankbudson
If you been off for 3 weeks I'd expect your tolerance to be mostly nil at any noticable level, cause unless you were smoking a whooooole lot 3 weeks is usually plenty time to level out. Maybe there's something else wrong (like the stress of going to court?).
