Stuck

I'm not sure what you call the metal tube that holds the cone piece and goes down into the bong but mine is stuck in the grommit and I can't get it out. This makes it a real big hassle to clean. Does anyone know a way that would make it easier to get out?

The grommit is the little rubber thing that sits between the hole in the bong and any tube stuck in the bong so that an air tight seal is formed

or an O-ring

is it stuck b/c of the tar/resin buildup? If so use rubbing alc to dissolve it and it should come out
