Day 46:UPDATE (Sex Revealed!)
I never have grown before and untill it is legal, wont but was wondering when a plant is forced into flowering it takes around 7 days to start seeing white hairs if a female.
So when do you start seeing bud form?
I hear that palnts smell, does it smell like a bag of weed? Does the smell change when the plant starts to bud?
thanks.
Day 46:UPDATE (Sex Revealed!)
Smell isn't too big a problem till it starts budding then the plant really starts to smell. HARDDON I can never thank you enough for your help in all aspects of my plants. My plants only are where they are because of you. Thanks for everything.

anyone?
Day 46:UPDATE (Sex Revealed!)
the white hairs are part of the bud.
they then swell, grow, swell, grow, etc....
Day 46:UPDATE (Sex Revealed!)
yeah but when do you start to see bud? besides white hairs
Day 46:UPDATE (Sex Revealed!)
Depends on the strain, but buds form as fast as two weeks sometimes 3 weeks.
first the female saks appear, then they open....then a set of leaves grows, then more female saks, they open, another set of leaves, etc....
Day 46:UPDATE (Sex Revealed!)
Thanks Harddon.
That question is not explained when reading, "How to grow Marijuana" and may be a stupid question but I never have grown Marijuana and probably never will. As much as I have learned from reading, experiencing a grow can answer so much so thank you for being a farmer and teaching me the simple stuff I will never experience.
:)
