Bush Couldnt do a Damn thing W/o CLINTON'S ARMY!
During the 2000 campaign, it was the Republican ticket that ran against our military, It was according to the Bush Adminstration "Hollowed Out". The adminstration agruged that Clinton undercut our troops' ability to fight by sending them into what Bush called a "useless" Nation-Building Excercises. Nine months after Bush took offive, we went to war with Afganistan. The Soviets couldnt conquer Afganistan, neither could the British in 1919. But somehow we did it in a few weeks. With no new funding since Clinton left office for Bush.(The First Bush defense went into effect on October 1, 2002) The Bush admin somehow took out "gutted" CLinton Army and and turned it into one of the greatest fighting forces in History. Wow, Kudos to him w/o spending a dime.
Clinton Also brought a new tatic into warefare, Network Centric Warefare. Basically un-maned drones that can spy on US targets and show their locations. Mr. Roger Clinton also funded JDAMS(Smart Bombs, but WAY cheaper and more effective) Clinton made a stockpile of these.This is a quote from Lawrence J. Korob(Director of Nation Security Studies at the Council of Foriegn Realtions) "The fact of the Matter is that most of the credit for the successful military operation should go to the Clinton Admin." Korb was also the assistant secretary of Defense during the Regan era.
So Bush took Clinton's Army and put a little spice to it. Clinton has the most credit to what the military is today!

All of the credit,goes to our men and women in uniform,not some dang democrapper,who wrote in a letter,how much he 'loathed' the military.
Clinton merely put his signature,on ideas that were from military personnel,as usual though,the 'boss',gits all the credit.

True, it's the troops that should take most of the credit, but without the funding and new tatics that Clinton gave them, it wouldnt be quite the same of what it is today.
