while on probation for a dui chare is it mandatory to take drug tests???

i just recently got charged with a dui, this is my first offense, and my court date is in about a month. now heres the thing ive heard you do get drug tested every month and ive heard that probation will never drug test you depending on whether they are suspicious if you are on drugs or not. i would think that they dont, because its not a drug charge, but im not sure, just have to wait and see. anyone know the truth please help me. i didnt smoke for almost 3 weeks, but i smoked 2 days ago and my court date is in about a month, is it liable to be out of my system in 27 days??????????? Need some advice.

you should be ok by your court date if you have 27 days left but i would deff ask your lawyer about the testing he should know testing for drugs can vary from county to county and state to state good luck
