Have you no 18 y.o. friends? There's not really anything around the house you can use, unless your dad smokes cigars, but you better not fuck up, because he will certainly notice if a couple of cigars go missing.

I don't know how shit works in North Carolina but in my area it is easy to find someone to buy tobacco products for you, or find someplace that doesn't even card.

Or make an apple pipe.

I have used a couple things that have worked rather well. #1, You know those protective toilet seat covers in public restrooms, for some reason, that paper just seems to burn really well. It seems disgusting, but as long as there not used... hell, they work in a pinch. #2 I know this may be sacreligious but I have also used a page from the bible. Just seemed to be the right thickness and everything. It didn't stick very well, niether did the toilet seat cover thing, but it worked, smoked both down to a roach.
