Weather Manipulation

So, using astral projection techniques, i've had quite a bit of success it seems manipulating weather patterns. Call me crazy if you want, but back in the day of shamans and medicinemen this kind of thing was a solid part of life.
I'll share two experiences...once, i went to the store to pick up some dxm. it was dusk, and the sun was fuckin bright. it was hurting my eyes, and making it hard to drive. I grounded/centered and focused energy to the clouds. Seconds later the sun was covered with clouds and my ride home was easy. Give it a try.
the second experience i dont feel like sharing, but its strongly connected to the hurricane thats forming on the gulf :D

I believe that at one time humans could definately control the weather. I do think some people today can as well and some would have more of a natural inclination to the ability. You should continue to experiment and try and see what you come up with. The clouds sound like coincidence to me, but try some more and tell us what happens.
