Burning sensation

Hello peeps,

I am sure most of you guys have had those intense burning sensation starting at the top of the esophagus and into the lung. You can taste the weed on your tongue. It feels great after the coughing fit passed.

For those who read this post, what is your remedy to burning throat and coughing fit?

i think its because u dont smoke alot or u are new it will go away after u smoke more times

Drink lots of water, don't take hits you can't handle etc. Also smoke more, and you will get used to it.

hres my best bets:

take some good cold ice cream and immediatly inhale weed after, works pretty well

or, get some hydro lung or ice lung or bong

or, smoke some hash!!!

u hiting on a bong or on Joints? If its ur bong it may be ur water i find Alcohol to be a great way to get rid of Harsh hits*chilled Rum with some kind of flavor is nice*. If its Joints its prolly ur paper try some different papers. BLunts are harsh but u can try taken slower hits i find if i hit realy hard real fast it tends 2 burn. It is always nice to keep a cold drink handy.

flavored Blunts are also way to stop the harsh hits, but only to a point.

dude, the reason why alcohol realeaves the harshness of the smoke is because it absorbs most of the chemicals, active and inactive

Well myself, I don't cough...at all lol. Good weed, bad weed...bong, joint, pipe, it doesn't matter. I won't cough for some reason, my friends call me a professional stoner :confused: ...but w/e yeah like someone said already, ice in the bong is great. Also don't kill yourself with huge hits, especially bong.

I sometimes cough off my first Morning Bong.
usually because My throats raw from heavy smoking the night before.
But once that first one goes down Im fine for the day...;)

yea dude, alcohol ina bong what are u thinking? it takes way more to get high with that shit in there
