Just got Punched by Lighting!!

Woot Real nasty storm just rolled thru, i was standing on the Front Porch Facing the wind like i usually do( i love storms me and my mom or Storm Chasers) Anyways Lighting hit about 100-150 yards away and it damn near Knocked me off my Feet, it felt like I got Punched in the chest Rofl it RoCKED!.
Anyone else get Off 2 Storms? We chased a Tornado when i was 15-16 in Fort Worth and Had it on Video* Its now used in Training Videos, because its one of the closest to a live tornado* Bent Billboards in half and crap I just love Bad Weather=D

I like watching storms, but not really into chasing them. We some pretty strong storms roll through Indiana yesterday. I think there might have been two or three tornadoes of them.

Had a short violent one here (Central NY), just today.

Was playing Red Baron the night the infamous Labor Day storm blew through here, went out on the porch to watch all the violence, thought it might be a hurricane it was so powerful. Awesome, and I don't use the word often.

we had a couple of thunderstorms earlier today. i love lightning and thunder

l ike to just sit in the rain and think...or read but then i have to sit under the umbrella to keep the water off the book and i love the rain drop sprinkleing over my skin,it's such a pleasant experiance,i was out on a old tree stump in my back yard and lightning struck across the street,i felt the ground thump(for lack of a better word) i think if i hadn't been on the stump i would've goten one hell of a shock

we're supposed to get violent thunderstorms in virginia

Thats the downside to BC, never get big thunderstorms anymore. Used to get them all the time in Ontario. Sucks to that.

We had a string of thunderstorms here, i think they were probly the same ones you're talking about(north texas area?)

I've always been interested in storm chasing but never knew what to do. I don't want to just grab a video camera and drive thru a tornado not knowing what the hell I'm doing.

i was watchin one from a hotel balcony and the building got struck by lightning that was bad ass cause we were leanin on the metal railing!
