Can anyone tell me how i resize pics for avatar plz?

I have several pics under 25KB's but the deminsions are above 100x100 anyone know a program i can get to resize them?

if you dont want to buy anything just use paint.

yea but it cutts the picture 2 peices, any other way in paint to do it?

i also use MS picture it for some stuff too if you have that.

use the select tool, thats all i can manage, lol

Nvm figured it out u use Stretch/skew

Or use theGIMP its opensource and just as powerful as photoshop :D
