Alright, where do y'all(that's right, i said ya'll, it's texas) hang out in the city or close by, that isn't a bar? I hate bars, and there really doesn't seem like many good places to chill in the area that aren't bars or clubs or whatever. Any suggestions appreciated.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a place where like-minded adults could meet, drink coffee or tea, talk openly without worrying about who's listening, and just make new friends and acquaintances? So many of us are either new to the area, have lost our connections, or would just enjoy the company of people who think like us. Kinda like a coffeeshop without the benefits of the kind herb, unfortunately.
That would be great. I just wish I could find a new connection in the DFW are. My contact recently moved and I too don't like the bar seen and I'm not as young as I used to be, but I still enjoy good conversation with some good herb.
I actually found a pretty cool place called cafe brazil that has good coffee(unlimited refills), theres a few in the area. I also found a place on lovers that is a "tea bar"(tempest tea), which is a pretty new thing in the area. I'm gonna try that place out, I hear it's pretty cool
