you have both lights?

if so, you should consider suing the 250 for Vegetation and the 400 for budding...

You can grow 10 plants in 1 gallon pots under a watt bulb...

Flower (12/12) the plants when they are 8 - 12 inches tall...

Keep the plants short!!! 400 watt bulbs can grow 10 foot plants but they won't give JACK for buds... you need to flower at 8 - 12 inches.. the plant will then double/triple in size and you will get 1-4 ounces per plant... good luck
