you have know the person's first and lastame and results are usually easier to narrow down to the exact person you are looking for with a middle initial and/or birthday if it's a common name. type"(your state) curcuit court" in your search engine and then when the resuts come up the first one should be the states page ending in a .gov, that's the one you want. on the first page there should be a thing you have to read about the open records act for your state. this is the act the states that these records are availaible for the public to view and blah blah you know then there is some stuff in there about how you are allowed to use the info,ect. Click I agree or you can't get in the site. then the page that opens should be your case search page. type in the name of the person. you can then get a list of any offences charged by state or county that has been made against the person, including whether or not any of these offenses had probation. and if a court date was missed it will say a warrant was issued.
well at least in wisconsin we have this access and I would think that any state would. i don't know how to find federal charges so if anyone out there knows that I would like to know. i find this to be very useful at times.
