i just saw this shit on the news where a guy went into place and ask for and bought a party pack
the police calling it a 'crack pack'= lighters and char and these lil glass tubes with lil flowers in a brown bag everything a crack smoker needs to kill himself with,i bet the alleys are full of them lil flowers they throwing away

this is right in the worst part of Huntington WV
cracktown we call it,a ghetto like any other with people trying kill each over $20 rocks and always something bad happening to somebody,

just find it shocking that anyone do that kind of shit
wonder who came up with that idea to make legal money off illegal activity?
they seen that 'crack utilization' takes 'other items'
and wants to grab some dollars for those items

Where I live, they have the same, except when u go to the gas station u have to ask for the brown bag special, which consists of a lighter, chor, and a tube with a flower in it, I think that's so fucked up they can get away with selling that shit.

We have plastic crack pipes here in San Antonio, its fucking crazy. What a good idea huh? While the person is smoking their crack, they're also breathing in chemical fumes. It's pretty stupid if you ask me.

Plastic? WTF kind of plastic can withstand the direct heat of a lighter flame blazing in at over 2000° F Even PTFE Teflon� is going to begin to deteriorate pretty quickly. Bet they sell a lot of those pipes, though: they don't last long and people are stupid.

Around here the glass tubes with flowers are right up on the counter with the lighters. Had to get myself one a few nights ago.
