last night

hahahah allright, had a pretty crazy experience last night. so my band (im drummer btw) has organized this charity show with 3 other bands. my plan is to get a little bit high so i wont be as nervous. now, the rest of my band doesnt smoke pot, and they told me NOT to do it tonight, but i figured if i have like 2 tokes they wont notice im high. so 15 mins before our set starts me and a couple other guys go off to smoke a bowl. i end up smoking twice as much as i wanted to, and looked at my watch and realized i was 5 mins late. i ran back to the place and ive found that their just jamming with some fat drunk guy on the set. i was sooo baked and the sight of this bald fat drunk guy makes me laugh soooooo hard, that im literally rolling around on the ground. after i notice that everyone is staring at me including my band mates i get up rush the stage and kick the fat guy off the drum set. i was wearing sunglasses, but i had a huge sappy grin on my face but i dont think my band knew, they just asked where i was and i said i went to grab some snackage before the show. so now im freaking out, cause im on stage, and theres like 200 people, and my bands waiting for me to click the tempo on my sticks to start the show, and im so baked i dont think i can play. so i just closed my eyes, stopped thinking about it and it came easily. after that the entire set was fun as hell, parts of songs that used to be hard for me to play came sooo easily, and the crowd loved us. :) happy tokin

Yeah dude, I totally know what you mean. Playing music while you're high is incredibly fun. You can think up some damn cool shit if you do that.

thats the back bone of music, playing fucked up. i say do it every show you got then and your own solo in at the end.
