yah there are some laws like over 13 grams you can be put in jail if you have a joint or anything small the most they will do will take it away and mabe write you up and if ur just walking down the street and if a cop asks you if he can search you, you are aloud to say no without a warent thats if you didn't do anything bad lol yea yea :rasta:
