Why such acting?

People here are pretty often disrecpectful and sometimes pretty mean. A lot of ppl here post threads where they're sayin if you dont think like me your a dumb or anything, or insulting homosexual and more. Cant we just share opinions? OPINIONS

whats wrong with a lot of you? sometimes i post something i think, ideas, or anything, and then a whole bunch of crazy fuckin ppl comes writing im a dick and im wrong and everything. cant we just share opinions in respecting us each others?

i hate when everyone thinks he knows all and everything. we can make discussions, a debate, but jeez how old are ya all? coz sometimes im getting pretty bored of some ppl attitudes and this is bad. i almost dont feel like sharing my opinions coz ill get persecuted or whatever. anyway cant we just respect each others opinion in good, interesting and respectful debates?

Well, I actually do know everything. :) But you'll never see me attack someone else for expressing their opinion.

My attacks only come when someone tries to pass off a false statement as being true.

I can take opposing viewpoints all day long, but any distortion of fact is one too many.

yes correcting a false fact is ok, but an opinion cant be considered as a fact.

Mellow,Fuck you and your opinions you homo!!!!!!!! Nah,j/k nicely stated.This board tends to get very heated as it is the politics board.Much more shit to argue about, as opposed to say..the sexuality fforum.
I mean how ya gonna argue with someone who prematurely ejaculates before he even puts his wang in?
But once you say something about bush or republicans,its a free for all.

I understand what you mean, mellowmood, but sometimes you CANT be respectful about some things when someone believes in an opinion that you find insulting or offensive. and one comment you might respectful might be disrespectful to the next.

I'll give some examples. When someone here(I think it was ghost) expressed his opinion that people who are in the army are muderers, (I dont want to misquote him) it drew anger from a lot of people, who hurled a lot of insults at him, but a lot of people would find those insults socially acceptable because almost everyone believes that an army is there to protect you.

Suppose someone came here and started making racist comments, or say a KKK member joined cannabis.com. he would be pummeled with insults everyday and people wouldnt say you're dispecting him for expressing outrage at his opinions.

However, I'm sure the minority of religious people here found it offensive when some people on the message boards basically insinuated people who believe in God are weak-minded. Is that disrespectful or not? It depends on what side of the issue you stand.

let me clarify-People who are religious are the minority on cannabis.com.

pf course mojavpa, it it disrecpectful from both sides. but if theres a KKK member registering here, if hes makin racist comment, or anything, this is automatically disrecpectful. i just want ppl to share their opinions to try, maybe to show to ppl how their opinion could be better than others, and so to learn and accept new things from everyone.

if your elaboring an opinion with being disrecpectful, lik I THINK that to be gay is a disease, well thats kool, as long as u dont say all gays are fuckin cock suckers thats shouldnt exist... anyway, hope u understand what i mean

Please don't be afraid to share your opinions and beliefs with us,I for one,will do my best to respect them and consider my response to them,seriously and without malice. I try not to ever demean or be hurtful to others,because it doesn't engender respect and it's immature to engage in name-calling and insults. Despite that I believe homosexuality is a sin,I don't use hurtful words when referring to gays..and when I talk about liberals,I use the 'label',as a means of differentiating mind-sets..you may think that the word liberal,is a cuss-word..but it ain't. My girlfriend,is a liberal Jew,and being with her,has opened my eyes to a whole nother level of discrimination,rascism,bigotry and anti-semetism. Being with her,has made me less of a bigot and rascist..not more..my opinions towards violent muslims,has nothing to do with rascism and bigotry,as many here think..I believe in freedom of religion,and I support all peace-loving muslims..but I draw the line at violent jihad and the destruction of Israel.

Call me an ignorant,redneck hick if you want..that kind of crap..just slides right off my back..I like being 'misunderestimated'..lol.
