Here's my setup. Costed me the price of the 2 bulbs ($11 each) one of the bulb plug thingies ($5)(had one already), the fan I had already and the pots and soil costed next to nothing. So there you go for the people who are hesitant of starting their first grow thinking it's too complicated.
Theyll be fine for now, but you'll need somethin more for flowering, you can either get a HPs for best results, or if you are on a tight bufdget (like most of us!) Just get as many more fluo's as u can :) a few striplight fluos wudnt hurt either :)
