Ahh, for all of those who don't listen to great music i feel sorry for you, because last night I saw the greatest band ever. It was one of the greatest shows too because of the setup. It was just like an old show, we sat on the lawn smoked joints and passed them around like it was nothing... truly a free feeling. I wish all shows would be as free with pot as this one was. Oh ya and it was the allman brothers.

Allmans are great. They put on a hell of a show for a bunch of, mostly, old guys. Check out Gov't Mule too. That's Warren Haynes (of the Allman Bros)band. A lot of simliarities to the Allmans but a bit harder edged with some jazz , blues, and stoner rock thrown in.Quote:

If I could go back in time and do anything it would be to go to a dead show and follow them... but I guess i'm doing the closest thing you can to it now. Is anyone else going to bonaroo this year btw?? I think it may be the last year good music will be there and I can't wait for it.
