I have been an avid smoker for a while...I quit smoking two full weeks ago and have been drinking a gallon of h2o per day...I am fit with low body fat (120lbs)...my test is wed. morning....is that enough time for my system to be clean or shall I use something such as treminator gold?...PLEASE HELP! I am extremely nervous.....
