new outdoor grow

im sending away for my seeds tomorrow and im goin to start growin in a field where not many people go,ive never grown beefore and im in ireland,does anybody know any seeds i could get that would do well???

what the basic things i need to know here??

im thinkin about diggin a few hole in different places(never keep all eggs in one basket) and filling them back in with miracle grow and planting 10 seeds and checkin on them every few days for watering and fertilising

is there any chance it will work??i need advice soon before all the good weather gooes :cool:
