Ok, to make a long story short, I might be put on probation shortly, cuz last night me and some friends went booze cruising (i didnt drink, the cop knows this) and a friend got totally fucked up and had to go to the hospital (he blew a 2.8 after diluting his blood down 50%) and they almost lost him 3 times. anyways, my question is, if im put on probation for an MIP (minor in posession), will i get piss tested? cuz if i do...well then thats bad. :( :( :(
Not in Ny you don't.But maybe it's different where you live.You most definelety shouldn't be piss tested.For parole,yeah.

i wasnt dreiving, but the driver hadnt been dirnking either. we didnt get pulled over, we dropped him off at a conveince styore in m,y friends car cuz we had to take my truck to a friends house and there wasnt room for this guy. anyways, i guess after we left he got out of the car, walked over to some random car, dropped his pants, and started humping the passenger window. so naturally the guy called the cops, the kid swung at the cop he got arrested and he passed out and startyed shaking so then they took him to the hospital. i wasnt even there when it happened, but i got called in today to give a written statement, and it is quite ironic and VERY scary that the cop (i know him pretty well, hes a cool guy) told me that if the kid had died we would all be on trial for some bullshit thing (aqcuaintince to homicide or something)and that if found guilty it would be 12 years MMS. anyways, about 40 min after i leave the cop shop, a friend calls and says that the other guy just went into a coma so yeah i,m freaking the fuck out i cant get high cuz i mgiht be on probation. this whole thing hassucked cock.
if your friend is underage, the people who served/sold him booze will usually get in trouble.
probation = subject to random tests in PA.
you can get high until ur first piss test cause they dont really care if ur possitive but if you want to get clean before a piss test get some Q-Carbo at a specialty drugstore like GNC it costs 50 bucks a bottle but it has worked for me every time, theres also a pill you can buy to clean ur system but I havnt tried it yet.
