and when do people should cut off the bottom leaves for better growth?

topping is when you cut the grow tip. as for cutting the bottom leaves, don't just cut the leaves, cut the smallest grown braches as well. that way your plant focuses on growing on the top where it counts, not the most but it does help. as for when to do this, i waited till the day before i started to flower but thats just me.

Just spread the plant, and let the light shine in.
