need help on basement grow

hey tryn to set up first grow with 6-8 autos now i have an unfinished basement to use was planning on using blackout curtains with mylar or sumthin to make a lil room dont want to use over a 400w but will if i need so ?

how much space to mark for room?

how to setup walls cant build in the house as im renting?

fans and cooling for it?

and what ever im missing help a brother out thanks for any help

Might start by checking on tents, as big one as you can, given limitations.
