Spectrum Change for Flowering
I have now switched to 12-12 with my 2 ladies, 1 day ago. I have overhead LED lighting that switches between Blue/Red/Full Spectrum, side CFL lighting, and I am today installing a 2-bulb T5 fixture along the long side (inside cabinet back) so my ladies will have full light coverage.
Should I switch to ALL red/warm light for flowering, or is it worth leaving either the LED in full spectrum or leaving a couple cool/blue CFL's in? I have a lot of options because I have bulbs that cover both spectrums for CFL/T5/ and the LED, just wondering what would be best. I have just been planning on 100% red.
I have read through a lot of material and everyone has different experiences and I assume as long as there is sufficient red, a little blue can't hurt during the flowering stage.
