Pre employ urine test passed + method inside

swim is in the application process to enter a gov. job and swim's last test was a medical one. Here's swim's short testimony on how it went, what swim did to pass (having cross-referenced as many useful internet tips as possible) and swim's general activity/bodily and drug consuming state


First of all, let me start off by saying that swim considers swimself a rather heavy toker (on average 50-65G of commercially acceptable haze a month).

Swim does not excercise a lot (other than 4 or 5 sessions of weightlifting spread accross the week- 20 minutes tops per), but has a speedy metabolism and a lean body. (182cm/ 57kg)



How it worked: swim learned on day 1 that swim was supposed to take a urine test 17 days later for swim's application. Obviously, swim hadn't cut down on his weed consumption that much so swim started freaking his toking balls out.
Swim went apeshit on day 1 looking through all the internet crap swim could find about urine testing and detection times so swim could chillax a little. The stress levels did not go down accordingly.

What worked for swim:

*17 days abstinence (this step sucks balls but hey, it's your future)

*12 days of daily exercice (ran 2kms each day followed by a 30 min sauna session + weightlifting every here and there - stop exercising a day or two before the test and go sedentary mode)

*Boost your metabolic rate during those 17 days of abstinence: lots of coffee, plenty of green tea, walking around in the cold, etc. Anything that will put your body to stress does the trick in swim's mind.

*1 week before the test; get yourself some creatine monohydrate and drink that stuff every day (swim did it mixed in a protein shake to benefit extra from the weightlifting)

*3-4 days before the test; eat red meat (you should be packed on creatine with the monohydrate, but seeing swim planned to dilute HEAVILY, swim thought the extra creatine wouldn't hurt)

*The day of the test; follow N2's guide to the letter. Basically make sure to enter the labroom with atleast 2.5 liters of water (magnesium and calcium rich water is your FRIEND here) in your bladder having pee'd or "voided" atleast 5-6 times beforehand. I voided 11 times to make sure.
Also; get yourself some B2 vitamin (purchaseable under the name "riboflavin" in any drugstore). I took 25mg of the shit the morning of the test, but it takes some practice to get it perfectly -> take too much and your piss will look nuclear, don't take enough and it'll seem diluted)


How i understood the test;

First of all, they test for adulteration (so forget about bleach, detox bullshit, yadda yadda, they test for these shenanigans over here), which means "color", PH and creatinine levels are being tested (and possibly specific gravity should your creatinine levels be too low)

How to beat that? PH is irrelevant to dilution from what i understand so don't worry about that one. Creatinine on the other hand is a byproduct of the creatine you have in your body, it's a metabolite. If the concentration of that metabolic is under a certain treshold in your piss; they'll probably check with a specific gravity test and/or GS/MS method but this part is speculating on my part. Just drink your B2 vits and go fonzy on the red meat.

About the test itself, standard immunoassay crap so no surprise here, standard treshhold of 50ng/ml for THC.

I wrote this little post mainly hoping i could give people reading some peace of mind and/or a clear "workstructure" to pass their test. I felt so stressed and bad preparing for my test i truly don't wish that on anyone else.

If you're having trouble with the abstinence part; just think about that first blunt you'll smoke when you're out of the labroom giving whoever ordered the test a nice, strong mental flip.
