HELP PLEASE!! first time grower, plant looking very sick

My plant is in the budding phase, but all of the leaves are drooping. I have attached some pics.
The question is, Do I harvest now and save what I can or try and heal the plant.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for responding, Sorry to be a pain, but I have never harvested before, any tips or advice?

yeah, let the plant dry naturally in air. don't force dry it.
