First Grow!

Hey everyone, this is my first grow. I started with a seed from a sack of mids, and I'm about 3 weeks into flowering. I've got it in a three gallon bucket with miracle grow moisture control and I have two cfls on it. The average temp is 63-64 F. I know its too cold, I'm workin on that:( What do you guys think? you need to add more light.

throw about 2-4 more cfl's on them 2600k (red spectrum)
