Dilution Method Success with 19 days notice

Logging on to say thank you for helping me pass THC UA and maybe to help someone else out.
Pre employment medical, Urine analysis test with temperature sticker on jar.

Heavy smoker for 15 years. +10 pipes per day.
105kg/ 210 pound male Caucasian, little exercise. Attempted light exercise in the week before the test.
Cigarette smoker.

Abstained 19 days and undertook dilution method: http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...uidelines.html with a few twists and had success.

It's also an IQ test to test if you're stupid enough to test when you know you're positive.
E.g. Employer told me they now check lung capacity. I told them to be perfectly honest I had recently quit smoking cigarettes and wanted an extra week to reclaim my fitness.

1) I figured all suspect diluted tests would be performed in the afternoon. I.e. they would look closer at a diluted afternoon test.
I made my medical for after 10 am, got up at 5 am and loaded with 2.5 litres/ 0.66043 US Gallons of Gatorade.
2) 2 aspirin per hour from 5 am to a total of 6.
3) Had four vitamin B12 tablets, 2 per hour, from 5am, but this was not enough to turn the urine even a little yellow for the test. Explained I had two coffees this morning (see the benefit of a mid morning test?)
4) Had two cooked sausages at 6 am.
5) Had a T bone steak at 7 am ate the fat first.
6) Was still testing positive at home at 0930, just prior to leaving for test!
7) Walked in the door at the testing centre (20 minutes away) and passed urine immediately into the bowl before queuing at reception. Try urinating at a service station/ gas station around the corner instead.
Bladder was refilled in 10 minutes with plenty for a test.

In the week before the test:
drinking cranberry, apple and pear juice whenever possible, especially at night.
2 vitamin B12 tablets per day
2-4 Cranberry 10 000+ tablets per day.
Tried to cut down on shitty food

On the day before I ate fatty meatloaf, sausages and drank coke.

ps Spinal surgery scars? No doctor- I had a growth removed when I was young.
