Humidity is a huge cause of budrot or foliar feeding too heavily during flowering but as far as I know there is no way to reverse it
the cause is mold spores that infect buds because the conditions are good for the mold to thrive. You need to kill the spores with bleach in the grow room(clean after every harvest), keep a dehumidifier running all the time or until its in the 30%-50% range in the flower room so the mold cant reproduce rapidly, and increase your FAE and air circulation in the flower room so that the spores cant grow.
high level of humidity is a major factor that causes bud rot. remember that molds love to thrive in humid and dark places. there are ways/preventative measures that a grower can take to divert gray mold from making the precious buds useless. spray neem oil or sesame oil, apply potassium bicarbonate.
when preventative measures fail, try these to fight the molds:
- mix one teaspoon baking soda with one quart of warm water, then spray on the plants every 7-10 days
- spray the plants with sulfur
Trim out the affected buds. It's not necessary to cut down the entire plant.
