First grow. got tent , light, fan ..........

and 3 think different seeds.

3x3 tent
25o cfl for veg
4oow full spec light
5 inch fan
passive in
18ltr
pots pots
3 x dp ,td seeds
2 big bags of bat special

ok i know how to germ seeds but after that can they go strait in bat-special mix?
should i put new seedlings under cfl , if so how close or because there autos should i start them under 400.
once seeds arrive i will document my grow and would love someone to advise on my journey. sure there will be lost of questions.. thank you all .;)
