Wanted to sign petition so bad. Cell ph won't let me, says...can't open new window untill you close one.... I get change.org petitions, don't know why I didn't get one in my e-mail. Will send them email & request they send me petition. This is important to me, W.V. being my home state with family in both states. I want this much needed change for both them & you & your hubby. Will let you know if I can or can't get the petition another way.
