Two very nice plants have succumbed to bud rot

Outdoor grow, growing in pots, all 6 plants are almost ready BUT ........I have had to put two down for massive bud rot. I tried cutting it out and hanging them , but it just continued to grow after they were hanging. Is there anything I can treat the remaining plants with that will stop it? I could treat them, and let them grow a little longer (maybe to amber trichomes) till the treatment is safe. Hell! I don't know! I'm just so bummed. They were the best damn seeds, and awesome looking and smelling plants. I'm thinkin I'm kinda fucked here. Anybody?

This late the only safe thing I would try is liquid silica like botacare silica blast and a table spoon of vitamin C in a gallon of water don't feed them just water. When you cut the rot out clean the scissors with bleach after every cut and wear surgical gloves. Now I'm going to have bad dreams after looking at those photos.......good night.
