new guy, new to everything('sept smoking)

hey all. I am planning to order my seeds from seeds direct.

now for my questions:

1)whats the best seeds to get?
2)we live in an apartment and have inpection every 90 days. the inspection is simple. they walk around and just make sure we're not trashing the palce. they don't check in closets or anything.

I was thinking of growing in a window plant box from out our upstaris window, that way no one woudl be able to get to it unless the were inside. it couldnt bee seen from the ground. and the mini-blinds are always down so the landlord couldn't see it.

It would get great afternoon sun and plenty of rain.

Any thoughs on this?

also. I have been reading in here All night and and wondering whats the best way to germinate the seeds? I see papertowles. please explain in detial how to do this.

Well look for something not to tall and short flowering time to start with also when they come over to check make some popcorn in the microwave and if it covers the smell kewl and if not burn it. Nothing is worse than burnt popcorn other than burnt milk.

indica is good for short plants. you said u wanna grow it outside? if so it could be good but plant need a lot of sun. and its time for indoor plants to be planted (depends on where u live, it can also be too late). you can also buy a light and grow in a closet. that will produce bigger budz and etc.

Also. if I plant in the window box, I was thinking of putting in a few misc "floweres" to kinda hide whats REALLY growing.

Is this a good idea?

Also this is not just "for the fun of growing" I am wanting it for use later.

So this next question may seem dumb, but this is my forts time. How long do I wait before I cut and roll? Is ther a box that would help me out (The famers alminac for weed LOL)

if you're growing in an apartment, does the super have access without permission?
if so, you're risking an eviction or a bust if the landlord comes in while you're away.
just about any rental agreement gives someone access in the event of an emergency (like a gas leak, smoke somewhere in the building - could be anything).

The landlord does have permission to enter but they never do. But it's not goign to happen anyways. We're not allowed to have window flowwer boxes so looks like I am goignt o have to make a closet set up.
