What temp should my tent be when lights are off ?

I'm new to indoor growing and not too sure about what temp my tent should be when it's off 12/12 (should I have air intake & circ fan off & this time) ? Also what humidity % & temp should the tent be at for optimal flowering ? I have a enclosed tent with fresh air intake and circulating fan & exhaust, oh & 600 hps.the current temps are 29 c & 40% humidity when everything's on & 17 c with everything off bar the the intake fan.
