Couple of questions that I couldnt find by searching!
Sorry to start another thread, but I have a couple more questions that I am not getting what I consider reliable answers.
So, Ive bought synthetic and could use it but I like to cover all angles. I would like to dilute myself as well just in case something goes wrong with the synthetic. Like temp. I could not find B-2 so should I get B-12 or B-complex as a substitute or does it have to be b-2?
Also, I got drunk the other night and bought an at home drug test. It showed up a faint line, but I am sure I was diluted because I drink a lot of beer. My question is how do they tell it is diluted besides color? My color was dark yellow? Is that what the creatine and other levels are tested for? I plan on buying one more home test kit and using my first void just to make sure I am testing dirty. I quit over a month ago, but from two Thursday ago to that Monday I smoked a G. Im a big guy, but I have heard of it not showing up still. It completely depends on your body. So, I am going to test with that.
Lastly, I know people put the synthetic in their boxer briefs but I am having problems feeling secure that it will stay and not fall around. Does anyone have some other ideas where it will be completely secured so it doesn't fall out and blow it for me before I ever get in there. I also read that the temp shoots down when put in cup. So, do you recommend having it around a 100 before putting it in there?

The answers to your question about B2 are found by doing an Advanced Search with the terms "proper vitamin Riboflavin" . These posts will also answer your question about creatinine and specific gravity. You can also use the terms "creatinine specific gravity diluted".
You shouldnt have any problem finding Riboflavin supps at your local health food store. If you somehow cant find any supps, breakfast cereals such as Total and Product 19 (or its store brand equivalents) are rich in Riboflavin (100% RDA "dry", 110% with skim milk, as stated on the Nutrition Facts label).
