1st Grow Op - Looking to start fairly big. Need help
I currently have a 25x27 space for flowering (I have an upstairs second floor that will be used for veggie + cloning)
Instead of filling the entire 25x27 (8 foot high) space with 42 1000W lamps like I originally planned, I have decided to go a bit smaller for my first time and go with about 15-20 600w lamps instead.
My question is, if I plan on using 15-20 lamps in the 25x27 space (about 700sqft), should I split the room into two separate rooms? or keep the one large room (again, veggie and cloning will be upstairs).
With this smaller (in relation to my original ambitious plan) what kind of ventiliation and AC system should I be looking at.
Thanks again to everyone that can help!

Tell us more about the space -
Is it drywall, is it a shed, do you have drop ceilings, what about current air circulation, concrete floors, dirt floors? When your talking about a space that large there are several things to take into consideration.
I have a 10x10 that I'm getting ready to prepare to setup, and I'm either going to use 1 1k lamp, or two 600's, if I go with the 1k I'll be adding sufficient side lighting to make up the difference.
Alot of this also has to do on how your planning on growing - Soil? Hydro? What style? How many plants are you considering, etc
I'll be more than happy to help, you can message me by using the purple icon by my name (instant message is better than email) or you can skype me.

I would split it into two separate rooms. Instead of having a giant harvest every 2 months, you get a smaller harvest EVERY month. start flowering in one room, wait 30 days, then start the other. that way you have a harvest every 30 days

Do the math see how much power you have/need, 20x 600 is a lot of electricity + fans more than the stock wiring for a bed room will support.
