Harvesting question

Currently I have two plants going from the same bag seed. On one plant the pistils are half red half white but only on the tops of the buds. The middle level and lower (newer buds) are still very white. On my other lady she is completely white still. Should I wait to harvest until the the buds on the plants are half red/white? First time grower currently feeding only molasses water. Got her last dose of nutes 4 days ago. Any input or suggestions would be great. Thanks

Red pistils are a "sign" of a maturity in some plants. Read up on trichomes and the trichome life span. You will need to decide when to harvest based on your desired effect. You will also need a way to look at the trichomes. Search for pocket microscopes and you should find plenty of options for under $20
