Male or femal

I am a newbie and this is my first crop. I am having problems deciding if this is male or female. Can anyone tell?

Need a better photo using a higher grade camera ( 3-5 mp would work like an iPhone or better ). I wanna say that it appears to be female but I would be guessing? Peace.
